Gosh Patisserie is owned and run by Sarah Sesto and Jocelyn Davey, we are both very experienced Pastry Chefs who first met over 10 years ago in the Terre a Terre kitchen - Brighton .
Between us we have worked far and wide. The Opera House in Sydney, French Laundry in California and The Fat Duck in Bray. Our creations have been served to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Paul Mc Cartney!
We have won two Great taste awards for our cakes and been featured on Sky show, Cooks to Market.
We love what we do and we hope that shows in our cakes!
