send the client a letter/email confirming all the details of your cake, make your cake to these exact criteria, deliver and set up on time.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 28 days, once such time has passed a new quote will be given
Deposit
The deposit of 25% of the total cost of the order will be paid to secure the order. This is non-refundable.
Payment
The balance of the cost of the order will be paid in full 14 days before delivery. Once this payment has been made it is non refundable.
Changes to your order
Changes are made in writing/email if it results in cancellation of parts of the order you will still be charged if an external supplier cannot cancel the order I placed with them on your behalf. No changes can be made once the full payment has been paid
Cancellation/ Date Changes
The order can be cancelled at any time, however if it is cancelled 14 days before delivery then you will be charged for the work that has already commenced. A £50 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Date changes will always be considered and changed to suit the clients needs at no cost to the client. These requests must be made in writing.
Delivery
Once the cake has been set up on location it is no longer the responsibility of Gosh Patisserie.
Gosh Patisserie equipment
If the client uses any equipment owned by Gosh Patisserie then the client is responsible for it until it is returned/collected to gosh patisserie, any damage or loss will result
In a charge being made to the client that represents the loss or damage incurred, this is at the discretion of Gosh Patisserie
Allergies and food intolerance
It is the responsibility of the client to notify anyone consuming the cake of any ingredients that may cause effect to them
The correspondence between Gosh Patisserie and the client shall be taken as confirmation of the clients agreement with and acceptance of the foregoing terms of business. An exchange of letters/emails constitutes a contract

Terms and conditions
This Agreement is between You [the “Customer”] and Gosh Patisserie [the “Business”],
VAT Registration No: 334382605 [the “Parties”].
All Orders placed by the Customer are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Any variation will only be valid if accepted in
writing by the business.
Prices are determined according to our Price List on the day of ordering. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged
only if applicable, at the time of Invoicing.
Ordering
Orders must be placed on time for delivery to be made on time, orders placed via email to orders@goshpatisserie.co.uk
Orders in Saturday 6pm for delivery Tuesday
Orders in Tuesday 6pm for delivery Friday
Changes to orders
Please call if any changes need to be made urgently, if the product has not been made already we will be able make changes if it has we won't.
Standing orders
These can be set up, any changes to them can be made and will take effect 48 hours after notice is given.
Delivering
Delivery will be made to the stated venue between 9am -12pm
Invoicing
Invoices will be sent every Wednesday for that weeks cakes with 7 day payment terms.
Payments
Overdue invoices of more than 2 weeks will incur a late payment charge of £20. This is added to each invoice. It can also affect our ability to continue to supply.
Claims
All goods should be inspected upon arrival and any damages or shortages should be immediately reported to us by 3pm on the day of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence and return to us the next delivery day to ensure a full refund.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced.
Entire Agreement
These terms contain the whole Agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements,
arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions
The Business may revise these Terms of use at any time by amending these pages. You are expected to check these pages from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
Law And Jurisdiction
The English courts will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, any use of our Services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Declaration
Our products are not made in a nut or wheat free environment; therefore there may be traces of nuts, seeds, shell or wheat in any of our products. Customers must declare any allergies before Ordering and Gosh Patisserie will be able to inform them whether these can be accommodated.
Disclaimer And Limitations of Liability
Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause shall excuse the Customer from any payment obligations under this Agreement.
The entire liability of The Business under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of
Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
